How to change the poll interval of requesting followers

If you want to get faster response of changes, you can decrease the poll interval. Have in mind, that the API´s will limit requests if you decrease the setting too much. It is recommended to use the default setting of 5 minutes. You can decrease the setting for limit time e.g. one day for promotions.

The „Poll Interval in sec.“ means seconds. 300 = 5 minutes. The minimum is every minute.
